All *serving pers* can now apply for *edn loans* through AG'S welfare funds.
1. *Eligibility* - children/wards/dependent sisters of serving pers.
2. *Maximum loan amt* - Rs 5 lacs.
3. *ROI* - 7% reducing balance.
4. *Duration* - 5 yrs max or residual service less 6 months whichever is earlier.
5. *Mode of repayment* - Initially through ECS mandate from bank and subsequently direct debit from CDA(O)/PAO(OR).
6. No collateral security / no moratorium.
