WHY BEING FORCED TO CHANGE AN ESTABLISHED SYSTEM?

 1. Main reason is *non/incorrect submission of Life Certificate/ Digital Life Certificate (DLC)*. 

2. Every year in *November*, pensioners are required to *submit* *Life Certificate*. Pensioners who could not submit the Life Certificate/ DLC by Mar 2022 or submitted it incorrectly, have *not got their pension* for *April 22*.

3. *Process for those Migrated to SPARSH*. 
On migration to *SPARSH*, a *pensioner* is *immediately required to submit DLC* *irrespective of whether the same was submitted in Nov 2021*

4. *Selection of PDA*: On Jeewan Pramaan (by visiting DIAV, Col Veterans, Adhaar Centres, Bank Branches, Post Offices, Common Service Centres, Atal Service Centres) 

(a) *Firstly* select
*Pension Sanction Authority* as *Defence PCDA(P) Allahabad* & *Pension *Disbursing Agency (PDA)* as *SPARSH:PCDA(P) Allahabad*.

(b) *SPARSH PPO No*: The SPARSH PPO number is the *Pension ID* (12 Digit Number) received from PCDA(P) via SMS is required to be filled in Jeewan Pramaan & *not * the *old PPO number*. 

5. Those *not aware of their status* of *migration* must contact their Bank Branch to ascertain their status &  if migrated, obtain the login id & password from the Branch and follow above process. *Currently only post 2016 pensioners* are being migrated to SPARSH. 

6. *Those not yet migrated to SPARSH & not received Pension for Apr 2022 - Common Reasons & Immediate Actions by Pensioners*

(a) Some pensioners submitted their DLC anytime before Nov 2021 need to re-submit immediately.

(b)Though submitted manually in the Bank Branch it is likely that  the Branch has not uploaded/updated in the record of CPPC. Pensioners must approach their branch immediately for updation of same.

(c) In some cases, the Aadhar Card is not linked to the Pension account. Resulting in non updation of DLC. Must visit Branch for linking registered mobile number with Adhaar and updation immediately.

(d) Some pensioners have selected incorrect PDA or entered incorrect PPO number. Must re-submit their DLC or get it updated with the Bank Branch.
