🌺 Walking is something we do every day, from the moment we get up out of bed. Bring consciousness into your walking. Notice that your feet are touching the ground, that the earth is supporting you and that gravity is keeping you grounded. Become aware of your living presence as you move. Every movement can become a conscious meditation.

Notice also that certain thoughts may appear, for example: "I don't have time for this. I have difficulty slowing down. There's no way I can walk like my feet are kissing the ground..." Allow these thoughts to come and go. Don't give them your attention by believing them or arguing with them. 

Simply smile, breathe, and go slowly about your day.
