This is for those who retired from service between 01 Jan 20 to 30 Jun 21. All those who retired between this period were paid Leave Encashment of their pay with the DA of 17% as there was a freeze in DA due to COVID. Now the Govt has announced that all those who retired during this period are entitled to get Leave Encashment at notional rates of DA as in the table above.
Those, who have not claimed same can just go to the PCDA website and raise a Grievance. The same is getting paid within 7 days.
