*Eligibility Criteria*
Age: 27yrs and below
Qualification: Graduates with 55% and above marks
*Placement*
On successful completion of the programme one starts career in ICICI Bank at Deputy Manager Band 1 grade.
*Programme Structure*
4 months classroom training at Manipal Academy Bengaluru
2 months internship at ICICI Bank branch
6 months on the job training
