For a simple beneficiary like me who does not have any backup, this portal works like RAM BAAN. I keep registering my own and other beneficiaries' service-related complaints (ECHS, DAV, CSD, SPARSH,KSB etc.) on the CPGRAMS portal till it is resolved. Many times the problem is not resolved or ignored even after contacting the concerned department by e-mail or phone. This is an effective option. The screenshot is attached for details.
