During Annual General Meeting (AGM) at AF Auditorium organised by Air Force Association Head Office Race Course Road New Delhi under the Chairmanship of AV Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria Sir PVSM, AVSM, VM, ADC.
Few clarifications were taken by the AVs who attended the AGM on 20.9.2023.
A Air Veterans raised a clarification regarding additional pension of 20% on attaining the age of 79+.
AV ACM RKS Bhadauria Sir categorically replied to the entire audiance.
He said in his reply that only one case is agreed by Hon'able HC Guwahati.
He also said that he is aware that there are so many cases filed by AV. AFT given verdict in favour of additional pension at the age of 79+.
He replied that the MoD already issued order not to go with such AFT decision. Additional pension of 20% is applicable for those AV only those who completed 80 years.
