This is going to be interesting - AFT Chandigarh filing a case against ADGPS-4 and Principal IFA in AFT Delhi !
It is my understanding that these are the Contempt Petitions which were originally pending before the Hon'ble AFT Regional Bench, Chandigarh and were recently transferred to Principal Bench, New Delhi by an Order of the Chairperson, AFT.
