LTA full form is 'Life Time Arrears'.
When any arrears are declared/ fallen due because of any court decision/late circular , etc ....on payment of dues and during the payment if any effected Pensioner is not alive(no active pension account exist ) ...then that amount to be paid to the authorized nominee.
