Jeevan Pramaan Patra - Procedure for submitting e-Life Certificate (Digital Life Certificate)
Deptt. of Electronics & IT (Diety), Ministry of Communications & IT, Govt. of India has developed "Jeevan Pramaan" (Digital Life Certificate Portal). The Jeevan Pramaan uses the Aadhaar platform for Biometric authentication of the pensioner. Pensioners with Aadhaar No. can biometrically authenticate their presence by giving Aadhaar No., Pension Payment Order No., Bank A/c No. and Mobile Number.
Diety has appointed PNB for facilitating Aadhaar based Jeevan Pramaan Patra (Digital Life Certificate) at any of its existing 6577 branches and 7000 business correspondent (BCs) locations. Accordingly, PNB will work as Facilitation Centre on the lines of 40000 Citizen Service Centre (CSC), presently run by UIDAI for collecting and receiving Aadhaar Based Jeevan Pramaan Patra from the pensioners of Central Civil, Defence, Railway, Postal, EPFO etc. and other Pension Sanctioning Authorities, including State Govts.Pensioners.
You need to carry the following
1. Adhaar Card
2. EPPO/SPARSH PPO number
3. Mobile
