Go to CHILLA barage near AIIMS and walk along the Ganga till Dashrathghat specially in morning and evening.
Go to Beatles ashram....
If you can walk for 10 kms suggest go to neelkanth and have a view of Rishikesh from Ridge.
Have safari in Rajaji national park...travel through chilla road rather than Haridwar road.
Go to Dhanautu via chamba 
Rafting... Binge jumping...
Evening Prayers at any ghat ...prefer pramarth nikaten or Dashrathghat
Do yoga...
