The NoK is entitled to Ordinary Family Pension at enhanced rate for 10 years, thereafter normal pension will be restored. If the death is attributable, then only the NoK will be granted Special Family Pension. If not, then the NoK can file for First appeal for SFP with Col MP 5&6.
