A father told his 3 sons when he sent them to different universityies.
"I feel it was my duty to provide you with the best possible education, and you do not owe me anything for that. However, as a token, please each of You put Rs 1 lac into my coffin when I die".
And so it happened. Meanwhile his sons became a doctor, an IIT Engineer and an Accountant, each remarkably successful financially in their field.

When their father's time had come, and they were at their father's funeral,
they remembered their father's wish . . .
First, it was the doctor who put 200 x Rs500 notes = Rs 1lacs on the chest of the deceased.
Then came the Accountant, who also put 50x 2000 notes = Rs 1 lac there.
Finally, it was the heartbroken IITians turn. He dipped into his pocket, took out his checkbook, and wrote a cheque for Rs 3 lacs. He placed it under his father's body, took out the Rs 2 lacs Cash, and closed the coffin's lid.
