Anomaly in Pension For pension qualifying service
Physical service as offr + weightage as per ranks
If it is 33 years or more one gets a full pension.othrtwise proportionally for those retired till 2006.
Wef 1.7.2019 Certainly and maybe even earlier PCDA is giving pension for service as offr and do not add weightage.
Most of the offrs except few Tech Graduates ACCentry offrs get 33 years or more service. They are not affected.
But whose service without weightage is lesser than 33 years get less pension on pro rata basis
I am one among them.
From the table attached affected should see their basic and what they are getting. Amount is huge. Applicable only those who retired before 2007. Also Not for PMR offrs.
