Sometimes the best way to
help someone is to leave them alone.
Let them know they can count on you if they want.
Give them space.
Take time out to take care of yourself.
Everyone else puts themselves before you, so we have every right to do the same.
Specially the elderly friends, focus on yourself. You have done enough for others.
