The city police were observing the traffic week. There were prizes for those who sincerely followed traffic rules.
One day Bhoop Singh entered the city on his bike. The police decided to follow him on the CCTVs to observe him.
He was wearing the helmet, observing all traffic rules, following speed limits, no jumping of red lights and intrusion on Zebra crossings.
