Sparsh Pensioners - Whose Children are Abroad - info of use

There are many pensioners whose both or at least one child is abroad.

In most cases, they are foreign Citizens and they both do not have any Bank Account in their name in India. Plus the Banks abroad do not have the IFSC System. They only have the SWIFT Code.

Also, their Mobile Numbers are with the Foreign Country Code with a Prefix other than 91.

In the SPARSH system of Pension dispersal, the requirement of providing these children's banking details arises when they are being nominated as Alternate nominees for lifetime arrears. However, the SPARSH does not accept any code other  than IFSC or a Non-India SIM mobile number nor Foreign bank details thus depriving these children from availing the LTA of their parent
