LESSONS FROM THE 'FRACTAL PATTERNS' IN THE NATURE FOR A MEANINGFUL LIFE

The nature has infinite lessons for us. Infact to be in alignment with the nature is the right way of life.

Ancient RISHIS called it as *kaivalya*.

In the modern mathematics and IT algorithms there is something called as *FRACTAL PATTERNS* that has immense applications.

The nature has infinite fractal patterns around us.

A fractal is a never-ending pattern. Fractals are infinitely complex patterns that are self-similar across different scales. They are created by repeating a simple process over and over in an ongoing feedback loop. Driven by recursion, fractals are images of dynamic systems – the pictures of Chaos.

Geometrically, they exist in between our familiar dimensions. Fractal patterns are extremely familiar, since nature is full of fractals. For instance: trees, rivers, coastlines, mountains, clouds, seashells, hurricanes, river delta etc.

What it means is, for example the pattern of a tree will be found in its branch. The same pattern will be in its sub branch. The sub sub pattern will also be same..till infinity.

This has a beautiful application on our lives.

*Especially in the progression of one's lineage*

If we find ourselves stuck at any level of our lives, the solution will mostly be available in the previous fractal design.

To give a very simple example, suppose a tribal person is climbing a huge tree for plucking its fruits.

As he keeps climbing further, the final branches would be very thin and weak to bear his weight. They would break if he continued.

It's here he realises that he should fall back to the branch before, which is strong enough to take his weight.

He finds a stability in the situation from that of a perilous fall.

He now has time to think, analyse and decide upon alternative paths.

In life too we are often posed with such situations. It's then we need to take a step  back and attain stability.

The realisation of this truth has saved many from precarious situations.

A government officer was the only son of his father, who was a farmer from a small village. The officer was now living in a nearby city alongwith his family. He too had only son.

His cousins, who couldn't progress in education were now looking after his agricultural land in the village.

The issue he was facing was that the cousins were now not cooperating with him anymore. He felt cheated. He felt lonely and threatened. He was contemplating hiring some goons to teach his cousins a lesson.

But after our interaction, he changed his mind. His approach towards his cousins changed to love and affection.

The understanding of *fractal design* in the family lineage did the magic.

Afterall, the cousins who didn't have any other sources of income were on the verge of taking wrong path.

*He realised, that holding them together with love and affection, was for his own benefit.* Though at the cost of some yearly agriculture produce.

He decided to step back to one branch of the family lineage.

His decision to support his cousins proved to be a boon. There after the cousins were his best well-wishers.

A disaster was prevented. And after all he now got a wonderful faithful team of his own at his native, who could take on any task of his.

The application of *fractal design* in our day today life are infinite. We need to be sensitive to understand where and how to use it
